Terms & Agreements



Our commitment to our customers is to provide you with outstanding service, the highest quality in fashion and selection in a timely manner. We want to make your wedding day dreams become a reality.

Special order merchandise and all purchases totaling $500 or less are to be paid in full before the order will be placed. Merchandise not paid in full within 30 days of notification will be subject to a monthly 1.5% interest until paid in full.

Deposits (if applicable) are refundable within 72 hours of purchase only. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the purchase price.

After 72 hours, ALL sales are FINAL. There will be no cancellation, refund, credit or exchange. The payment related to this sale is nontransferable. This policy refers to all orders. Store credit will only be issued for STOCK purchases cancelled within 72 hours.

Special order merchandise is ordered based on the event date given at the time of purchase. If the event date is moved forward Tiara's will do everything possible to deliver the merchandise on time but ultimately cannot be responsible for the manufacturer's production schedule. If available, RUSH charges may be applied to receive an earlier ship date.

All ship dates are approximate. The manufacturer reserves the right to change a ship date based on their production schedule. All merchandise is shipped when ready. Rush cuts and expedited shipping are available at an additional charge.

Sizes are suggested based on the designers and/or manufacturers size chart. All sizing is done on a person to person basis. Tiara's is not responsible for changes in fitting measurements due to weight loss, weight gain, or pregnancy after the order is placed. We do offer maternity gowns and dresses. There is an additional charge for size 18 and above, extra length and rush cuts.

Alterations are provided to you by an independent seamstress at an additional cost. You are not obligated to use our alteration services. An appointment is necessary to have a fitting and should be scheduled at least 2 to 3 months prior to the wedding for wedding gowns and 1 to 2 months for all attendants. Payment is due in full at the final fitting. Pressing your gown or dress is included in your alterations.

The bride as well as the attendants will be notified (unless special arrangements have been made to notify the bride only) upon receipt of the merchandise. It is the bride and her attendants' responsibility to schedule alteration appointments in a timely manner.

Cancellations and postponements of the event must be done in writing and sent certified mail. Merchandise not picked up within 30 days after the scheduled wedding date or event date will become property of Tiara's Bridal Boutique.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks. Personal checks will not be accepted when picking up merchandise.

Tiara's Bridal Boutique appreciates you taking the time to read our stores Terms and Agreements. Your order will not be placed unless we have a signed copy of your agreement to the policies.
