Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order or the color of your dress until it is placed with the designer and/or manufacturer. Once it has been confirmed that the order has been received by the manufacturer, NO changes will be accepted.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Deposits are refundable within 72 hours of the purchase only. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the purchase price. After 72 hours, ALL sales are FINAL. There will be NO cancellation, refund, credit or exchange. The deposit or payment in full is nontransferable. This policy refers to all orders. (read Terms and Agreements)
