How long does it take to order a dress?
It usually takes 12 to 16 weeks to order a wedding gown, depending on the designer. Some formal dresses or bridesmaids dresses arrive within 10 to 12 weeks, again depending on the designer.
What if my wedding is in a month? Can I still order?
If your wedding is coming up soon and you don't have time to order, there are still options. We always have a selection of gowns that can be bought from the boutique showroom.
Can I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You may e-mail or call us and request an arrival date.
How am I notified when my order has arrived?
You will receive a call or an e-mail notifying you that your merchandise has arrived. An appointment can be made for you and the first fitting will be scheduled.
